What Kind of Personal Information We Collect?

In order for us to operate efficiently and effectively to provide you with the best service possible, we may collect only below information:

• Nick name - we don’t require a real name or a full name. It is just enaugh for use to call you in any messages that may refer to you.
• Mobile Phone number - This is required to become an id for each user/customer. User will come back to the system through phone number. Whenever user try to redeem a free machine as a reward, Transaction Access Code(TAC) will be sent to the respective recipient as validation to proceed.
• Email address - Receipt for successful transaction will be sent to this email for user reference. This is not mandatory.
• Other information not related to payment and credit card that may required in any feedback and questionnaires

We do not receive or store any credit card information. This information is taken and processed on our behalf by our payment provider IPAY88 who will validate the credit for authorization and payment.

• Fill up our registration form online
