For Laundry Customer

• Unsuccesfull machine process will be refunded to the customer through online banking or our customer service will ask to change to another machine for replacement.
• Sticker only will be given by participating laundry outlet.
• Sticker only will be given to a new transaction but not to extend dryer time.
• The total number of sticker to get FREE machine is differ by each outlet.
• Customer can redeem free machine only at the same merchant’s outlet and valid up to one(1) year from the date of received. No cash is exchangeable to the FREE machine.
• No refund will be given if payment made for wrong machine.

For laundry outlet operator(merchant)

• Installation is subject to cabability of the device and machine. Our technician will get information of your machines first before doing installation.
• The final payment will be deducted with all charges incurred such as transaction fee and monthly fee.
• Merchants are required to enter the same bank's nominee name with the registered company in order to get settlement payment
• Cloud Garden Sdn. Bhd. will not do any modification to machine’s mainboard or panel. We only use our own cable connection from coin acceptor to accept and create signal for the panel/mainboard. Since this is just a minor modification, so we will not be responsible to any damages or broken during or after installation.

Payment, return & refund

• Dobipay uses Razer/Fiuu as a payment service for online payment on this system.
• The successful payment will immidiately send a credit token into a laundry machine and invoice will be sent to customer.
• For any cases of unsuccessful process, the full amount will be refunded to customer either automatic refund through Razer/Fiuu or manual transfer by the Dobipay. Customer service also will be able to continue the process such as to send credit value into washer or dryer machine to start the machine without refund if agreed by the customer.
